Advisory & Execution

From difficult problem to practical solution.

Majors Advisory Group works across strategy, operations, technology, and people to help organizations solve consequential problems, build stronger systems, and translate priorities into execution.

01

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

Structure ambiguous priorities, align stakeholders, define the path forward, and drive cross-functional execution from decision through implementation.

02

Business Systems & Operational Execution

Improve how work gets done by connecting processes, data, workflows, and technology into practical systems that can scale with the organization.

03

AI-Enabled Problem Solving

Apply generative AI and related tools to research, analysis, decision support, workflow design, knowledge work, and automation where they create meaningful advantage.

04

Leadership & Change Enablement

Help leaders communicate clearly, make sound decisions, build trust, and prepare people to adopt new systems, expectations, and ways of working.

The Majors Approach

Advice is useful. Execution creates value.

The work begins with careful listening and disciplined diagnosis. We identify the real constraint, define what better looks like, and stay close enough to implementation to know whether the solution actually works.

Clarity before action. Identify the real constraint before prescribing a solution.
Candor with respect. Say what the evidence supports and what the situation requires.
Practical excellence. Translate strategy into decisions, processes, systems, adoption, and measurable execution.

How MAG Creates Value

Cross-functional thinking for problems that do not fit neatly in one department.

Many important business problems sit between strategy, operations, technology, and people. MAG works across those boundaries to move from ambiguity to action.

From Ambiguity to Execution

Turn loosely defined objectives into structured decisions, priorities, workstreams, and accountable action.

Systems That Support the Business

Connect operating requirements with practical technology, workflows, governance, and process improvements.

AI as a Force Multiplier

Combine business judgment, technical fluency, and generative AI to accelerate analysis, design, problem solving, and execution.
